PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• The Village at Bar W Ranch is a 51.47 acre mixed-use development that offers sites for commercial and residential development. The commercial portion of the project has been designed to accommodate retail, service, restaurant, medical and hotel uses. The mixed residential portion of the project is designed to accommodate a mix of garden style apartment and townhome development. The construction of the initial infrastructure of the project is underway with completion scheduled and sites ready for development by users in January 2026.

  The project is located adjacent to and south (across Kauffman Loop Road) from Bar W Marketplace, a 176,000 square foot neighborhood community shopping center that is anchored by a highly successful H-E-B Grocery store.
