Matt joined Barshop & Oles Company in 2023 as Senior Property Manager. He currently manages five grocery-anchored retail centers, and one Class A business park in the Austin/New Braunfels areas, ensuring that each owner’s goals and objectives are met. Matt is originally from Buffalo, NY and attended Buffalo State College. He relocated to Austin in 2021 and was previously with a large publicly traded REIT managing grocery-anchored centers in several Texas markets. Matt is currently working toward his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
