Village at Bar W Ranch is a planned mixed-use development that is anticipated to be constructed in 2025. The property is located at the southeast corner of Ronald Reagan Boulevard and Kauffman Loop Road in the City of Leander, a rapidly growing community approximately 25 miles northwest of Austin. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Leander has a 2023 population of approximately 82,000 and is growing at a rate of 10.1% annually. The Village at Bar W Ranch is located adjacent to (across Kauffman Loop Road) and south of Bar W Marketplace, a 176,000 square foot neighborhood community shopping center that is anchored by a 102,763 SF HEB Grocery store. The commercial portion of the project offers lease space and building sites for retail, service, restaurant, medical and hotel uses. The mixed residential portion of the project offers sites for multi-family and townhome uses.
