Commercial Operations Supervisor
Jim Rice joined Barshop & Oles Company in 2007. His responsibilities include supervision of property maintenance issues and coordination of service requests at all Barshop & Oles properties. Jim is also involved in new construction, as well as tenant finish-out projects and capital improvement projects. Before joining Barshop & Oles, Jim was Senior Maintenance Supervisor at Prime Outlets in San Marcos for 16 years.
