Kristina Bagge
Property Manager
Kristina Bagge joined Barshop & Oles Company in 2009 as a property manager for the San Antonio property portfolio, and currently manages over 900,000 square feet of retail space for institutional clients. Responsibilities include management of tenant and client relationships, oversight of property maintenance, capital projects and vendor contracts, as well as lease administration, account reconciliation, budget preparation and financial reporting.
Kristina received her BBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, and studied both international business and finance. Prior to joining Barshop & Oles Company, she was a commercial real estate appraiser, and also has experience in the title and lending industries. She is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin and the Institute of Real Estate Management and is on track to earn her CPM and CCIM designations.
